XLT (exalt) is a night where teens from different parishes come together for an intense night of prayer and worship. The night is divided into three parts:
1. Praise and Worship
2. Preaching
3. Adoration
XLT began in Atlanta, Georgia under the leadership of veteran youth minister Paul George. Paul knew that teens needed to grow in understanding and appreciation for the Eucharist. Soon there were hundreds of teens from around the city coming together for XLT. Now there are several cities doing XLT.

Jason Pastore

Jason is the National Director of Life Teen. Jason came through Life Teen as a teenager, and after college, Jason reluctantly (he admits) became a parish youth minister. After several years in the trenches in parish youth ministry, Jason joined the national Life Teen Staff and continues to serve as the National Director. Jason and his wife have three boys, each more crazy than the rest.
